Tradition of storytelling during corn collection at Orlalan Village

In this text, we seek to approach the tradition of ‘haktuir ai-knanoik’ at harvesting new corn time, in Suco Orlalan, Posto Administrativo Laclubar. Knowing that in the past the community of this village used to practice the tradition of telling stories, particularly the Manu-Makikit (miracle) story when carrying out the activity of harvesting new corn, which nowadays is beginning to be devalued due to the younger population He is not used to telling stories inherited from his ancestors. In this text, we seek to present the opinions of some katuas from Suco Orlalan on the tradition of haktuir ai-knanoik manu-makikit and its respective forms of preservation.
